"Not many providers around me"
I tried looking for local providers but barely any showed up near me. Kinda disappointing since I was hoping there’d be more options close by.

"No one around here takes this plan"
Tbh, this plan hasn’t been useful for me at all. I couldn’t find any providers near me who would accept the card, so it’s been frustrating lol.

"Customer service was fine, just slow"
They did answer my question in the end, so I can’t say it was bad. It just took longer than I was expecting, longer than I was hoping, and I had to follow up once to get things moving. Overall, not terrible, just a bit slow.

"I signed up mainly for the vision..."
I signed up mainly for the vision discounts, it didn’t make a great first impression. I expected to see some real savings, but my eye exam was only a little cheaper and the glasses still ended up costing a lot even after the discount. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt weak and not really worth it.

"Directory was completely useless"
I used their provider directory to try to find a dentist, and it felt like I was set up to waste my time. I called five different places and none of them even took the plan anymore. One of the phone numbers was wrong too, which just made it more frustrating. It really seems like this list hasn’t been updated in ages, but somehow I’m the one who ends up losing my whole lunch break over it.

"I only used Aetna Vital Savings for a..."
I only used Aetna Vital Savings for a little while, so I did not have a ton of experience with it. When I went to cancel, it was not too difficult. I just had to poke around a bit to find the right page and then confirm everything. I was able to get it done without calling anyone, which I appreciated, but the process could definitely be a little clearer.

"Dental discounts were a little disappointing"
I signed up mostly because I was hoping to save some money on dental stuff, but the discount wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. I remember sitting at my kitchen table with a cup of coffee, comparing the prices, and even after the plan some of the costs still felt high.
The list of dentists near me was also kind of limited, which was annoying. I had to call around more than I expected, and a couple offices didn’t seem totally clear on what the pricing was supposed to be. One receptionist actually put me on hold so long I finished folding a whole basket of laundry.
It did save me a little bit on a cleaning, so I wouldn’t say it was completely useless. But for what I needed, it just didn’t feel like enough value to keep paying for it.

"I wanted it to feel like a win, but it didn’t"
I signed up thinking I’d have that nice little feeling of saving money every time I used it, but it didn’t really turn out that way. I remember checking my total after a couple of purchases and feeling kind of disappointed because the monthly membership cost was basically canceling out the discounts. A few deals were decent, sure, but not enough to make me feel excited about keeping it. Maybe it’s better for someone who shops more often, but for me, it just didn’t feel worth paying for every month.

I’m not saying it’s definitely bad, but something about it just doesn’t feel totally trustworthy to me. Like, come on now, I need a bit more confidence before I can fully rely on it

"My savings card wasn’t working the way it..."
My savings card wasn’t working the way it was supposed to and I was starting to get a little nervous about it, but I reached out to support and they looked into it, got everything sorted quickly, and now it’s working fine again so I’m feeling much better about the whole thing.

"Not many options near me"
I signed up hoping it would actually help me save a bit, but the provider list in my area was really limited. To be fair, it might work better in other places, but most of the offices I called either didn’t accept it or had never even heard of it. I ended up spending more time trying to find someone than I saved in money, so for me it wasn’t very useful

"Still waiting while everyone else seems to get answers"
I cancelled my plan and requested a refund, but it’s been weeks now and I keep getting the same vague replies. It’s not a massive amount of money, but it’s frustrating when I see other people saying they got their refunds sorted quickly. Just feels unfair to be left hanging like this.

"Savings were limited"
Some of the discounts were decent, but there were just too many limits and exclusions for it to feel that useful. I figured, like anyone would, that the savings would add up more than they actually did. In the end, I didn’t save nearly as much as I expected.

"Not gonna lie, activation is taking forever"
Not gonna lie, I’m still waiting for it to activate and it’s been frustrating. The whole process feels way slower than it should be, and it’s getting kind of annoying

"Auto renewal caught me off guard"
I signed up for the savings plan and just forgot it was set to renew. I don’t remember the reminder being very noticeable, so it was frustrating when my card got charged again out of nowhere.

Canceling wasn’t the worst thing ever, but I did have to poke around the site and contact support. The replies felt like robots answering emails instead of someone actually reading what I wrote. I just wish they made the auto-renewal part way more obvious upfront

"I had a hard time figuring..."
I had a hard time figuring out what the plan actually covered, and it ended up throwing off what I had planned. I thought I understood it, but once I tried to use it, the details were unclear and frustrating. Annoying when you're counting on something and then have to change your plans last minute.

"Am I missing something, or is the site just frustrating?"
I was just trying to check my savings info, but am I missing something? The website felt way harder to use than it should. Some pages took a while to load, a few links didn’t take me where I expected, and logging in on my phone felt clunky. I did eventually find what I needed, but only after way too much clicking around. It could really use a cleaner layout.

"Signing up was harder than it needed to be"
I tried to enroll, and it was a frustrating experience. To be fair, maybe I missed something or hit a glitch at the wrong time, but the process kept sending me back to pages where I had to re-enter information I’d already filled out. After a while it just felt way more confusing than it should have been, and I ended up giving up because it was taking too much time

"I didn’t like how unclear the fees were..."
I didn’t like how unclear the fees were. I kept having to click around and be patient like I was supposed to just figure it out eventually, but even after all that, I still wasn’t totally sure what I’d be charged for. It felt kind of hidden, and that makes it hard for me to trust the service.

"Saved a little, but I feel dumb for expecting more"
I used Aetna Vital Savings a few times for dental stuff, and yeah, it did knock the price down here and there. But the savings were not as impressive as I thought they’d be, and I kind of feel stupid for trusting that it would be more straightforward or helpful than it was.

The most annoying part was having to double-check whether providers even accepted it, and the pricing still felt unclear until I was basically already there. It saved me some money, so I can’t say it was totally useless, but it definitely didn’t live up to what I was hoping for.
